BUPA CUSTOMERS
Witney Physiotherapy Centre has recently concluded negotiations with BUPA to become a preferred Physiotherapy provider.
We will continue to provide the highest standards of physiotherapy treatment for BUPA patients and settle patients accounts with BUPA directly.
In order to claim on your BUPA policy, it is now mandatory that all patients arrange authorisation for treatment BEFORE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT. On your first visit to the clinic you will need to provide us with the following information:
- Your name and BUPA policy number
- Your treatment authorisation number
- The name of the GP who has referred you for treatment
- Full details of any excess payable or policy limits
BUPA have mandated that we may not commence treatment before the patient has obtained authorisation and neither Witney Physiotherapy Centre, nor any other BUPA-recognised therapist has any discretion in this regard.
If any patient wishes to self-refer and receive immediate treatment without obtaining BUPA authorisation, then the patient must settle his or her account directly with the clinic on each visit.
