Liz joined the team at Witney Physiotherapy Centre in April 2008, although she brings a wealth of previous experience to the role.
Liz qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1989 from Manchester University. She has worked both in the NHS and private sectors in London and Oxford and continues to work part time in the NHS as an Extended Scope Practitioner with the Oxford Neurosurgeons
Liz started to specialise in treating musculoskeletal disorders in 1991 and in 2004 successfully completed her MSc in musculoskeletal physiotherapy gaining membership to the Manipulative Society of Physiotherapy (MACP)
Liz has wide experience in treating acute to chronic conditions and has a particular interest in assessing and treating back, neck and shoulder pain. She uses a variety of skills in her approach to treatment and rehabilitation including mobilisation, manipulation, deep tissue massage, specific exercises and advice.
Liz is registered with the Health Professionals Council. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and the Manipulative Society of Physiotherapy.
